General Information

All VIS packages must be purchased online. After clicking “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our official ticketing partner to complete your purchase.

Yes, there is an 8 ticket limit for VIS tickets.

If you need to request ADA accommodations with your VIS experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIS (Very Important Stranger) check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

VIS (Very Important Stranger) Packages

The age policy varies by venue, so please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

All Little Stranger VIS (Very Important Stranger) Experiences will come with a General Admission (GA) ticket!

General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served. Little Stranger VIS (Very Important Stranger) Experiences include early entry into the venue (where available) which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

Platinum tickets are not VIS tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIS amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIS package.

Guests will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

No, Little Stranger VIS (Very Important Stranger) Experiences do not include parking. Please check the venue’s official website for parking information.
